About The Position

Glean is looking for a strategic, passionate, and detail-oriented Contract Technical Recruiter to join our team! As a Contract Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional technical talent. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to understand their hiring needs and craft strategies that align with our company goals. Your expertise in technical recruitment will enable us to maintain a competitive edge by bringing in individuals who are not only skilled but also a great cultural fit.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting, with a strong focus on engineering or product roles preferably within a high-growth tech startup environment.
  • Self-starter with a hunger to learn
  • Excited about Glean's mission and product
  • Passionate about people and providing the best candidate experience
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, recruiting, and closing top-tier Technical talent.
  • In-depth understanding of EPD functions and the skills required for success in these areas.
  • Proficient in using recruiting software and candidate management systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for our technology teams.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels, to conducting interviews and extending offers.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements of the role, the function, and how it fits into the organization.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Utilize data to inform recruiting strategies and report on progress and results to leadership teams.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive in the market.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring that candidates feel valued and informed throughout the process.
