About The Position
The QA Delivery Professional is a senior technical leadership role responsible for defining and executing Quality Engineering (QE) strategy, ensuring successful delivery of QA services, and driving quality transformation across one or more strategic healthcare client accounts. The role combines deep expertise in test automation, quality engineering, AI-enabled testing, DevOps, and enterprise testing practices with strong client-facing leadership and delivery management capabilities. This individual serves as the primary Quality Engineering advisor to healthcare clients, partnering with technology leaders, architects, product teams, and delivery organizations to establish scalable testing solutions, modern automation frameworks, and continuous quality practices. The QA Delivery Professional is accountable for quality outcomes, technical innovation, client satisfaction, team development, and overall QA service excellence. The role is expected to actively contribute to account growth, solutioning, and quality transformation initiatives.
