Requirements

  • Extensive experience and knowledge of facility infrastructure within semiconductor manufacturing or similar high-tech industrial environments.
  • Strong ability to review and interpret facility design drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Working knowledge of hazardous gas and chemical distribution systems, facility construction, and safety requirements.
  • Proven experience managing facility related projects from concept through completion.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing equipment and support systems is required.
  • Solves complex problems by applying innovative approaches and exercising sound judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • Drives improvements by challenging existing processes and identifying effective solutions.
  • Operates effectively within broad guidelines, policies, and strategic objectives.
  • Communicates complex, technical, or sensitive information clearly and effectively.
  • Builds alignment and consensus among diverse stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Collaborates closely with engineering, facilities, operations, suppliers, and business unit teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, coordinating all phases of project execution from planning and design through implementation and closeout.
  • Maintain metrics and tracking tools to support continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Drive project deliverables and task execution through the effective use of schedules, status reports, dashboards, tracking charts, and checklists.
  • Coordinate and align internal resources and cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and provide regular updates on budget and schedule performance to business unit leadership.
  • Partner with business unit design and engineering teams to develop and execute facility and infrastructure projects.
  • Identify project risks, obstacles, and root causes of issues, and assist in developing and implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Track equipment service history, establish preventive maintenance schedules, and ensure timely completion of required service activities.
  • Support facility infrastructure upgrades and equipment installations.
