Requirements

  • Working knowledge of hardware systems and thin-film processes is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated expertise within core discipline, with a solid understanding of related technical domains.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex product designs and technical requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects against defined timelines and milestones.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Skilled in communicating complex or sensitive topics and building alignment across teams.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills to solve complex problems, applying new perspectives to existing challenges.
  • Exercises sound judgment using data-driven insights from multiple sources.
  • Contributes to a range of customer, operational, and project-related activities, influencing outcomes within the team and across adjacent functions.

  • Master’s degree with 3–7 years of relevant experience, or PhD with 0–3 years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong foundation in mechanical engineering, materials science, and vacuum deposition technologies (PVD, CVD, ALD); hands-on experience preferred.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
  • Experience with semiconductor equipment or related industries preferred
  • Experience with project tracking and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, dashboards, reporting systems) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical program management for service product development, leveraging innovative technologies to drive business value.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring successful execution from planning through implementation; maintain process improvement frameworks and tracking methodologies.
  • Drive execution of project deliverables using structured reporting tools, tracking dashboards, and checklists to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Align cross-functional resources within the business unit to achieve project objectives on schedule and within budget.
  • Monitor and report project cost performance, risks, and progress to business unit leadership.
  • Collaborate with intra-business unit design teams to successfully deliver projects; actively contribute to technical development aligned with project goals.
  • Identify root causes of project obstacles and lead or support the implementation of effective corrective actions.
