This role bridges the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals. The TPM manages project lifecycles, anticipates risks, facilitates communication, and drives accountability across cross-functional teams. The TPM must also maintain a sharp focus on strategic objectives, effectively prioritizing and 'seeing through the noise' of a fast-moving, sometimes scrappily resourced environment to ensure project outcomes are always aligned with company goals.
