About The Position

Avahi Inc. is a rapidly growing startup and an AWS Advanced Tier Partner, specializing in providing cutting-edge cloud solutions and professional services. Our mission is to drive digital transformation and cloud adoption for our clients, leveraging AWS's extensive suite of services. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning customer communication and managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of cloud solutions. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience managing AWS professional services engagements.
Experience working with Jira for project management.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

AWS Cloud Practitioner certification preferred.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
Familiarity with Clockify or similar time-tracking tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and manage all customer communications throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
Schedule and facilitate internal and kickoff calls, onboard the team and customers for project delivery.
Create and manage the lifecycle of projects using Jira boards, ensuring all tasks are tracked and completed on time.
Provide regular project updates to leadership, customers, and AWS sellers, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
Review and approve delivery team timesheets to ensure accurate billing and project tracking.
Update allocation boards for teams in Clockify, ensuring efficient resource management.
Be the project owner, driving delivery for successful outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Drive the three key KPIs: keeping the project within budget, ensuring timely delivery, and achieving CSAT scores of 8 and above.
Ability to take on and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all are delivered successfully.
Conduct retrospectives for projects as needed to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous improvement.
Recognize changes in project scope and facilitate the creation of change orders to manage project changes effectively.
Keep track of and drive project budgets and timelines, ensuring financial and temporal goals are met.
Manage a risk register and develop mitigation plans to address potential project risks proactively.
