Ford Credit Platform Engineering is looking for a Technical Project Manager specializing in management of delivery of work through sprints and Program Increments.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Lean-Agile program management practices (including SAFe).
- Must have managed key ownership of processes in practices.
Responsibilities
- Managing the governance and maintaining control of highly complex, cross-team, multi-project programs.
- Help delivery teams be laser focused on delivering work with quality while maintaining the control of noise in the ecosystem and minimize the affect of it on the core team delivering the work.
