About The Position

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead product testing and field testing for Android mobile devices. The role focuses on ensuring end-to-end device quality across product and field test performance, with strong emphasis on Qualcomm modem and Android platform stability. The expected salary for this position is $85,000 to $89,000 per year. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of TPM and QA/test engineering experience in mobile devices.
  • Strong experience in Android device testing (product + field test).
  • Experience with Qualcomm Snapdragon/modem technologies.
  • Knowledge of LTE/5G, VoLTE, VoWiFi, IMS, eSIM.
  • Experience with carrier/device field performance testing and issue debugging.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, ADB, Logcat, QXDM.
  • Strong program management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own product test and field test execution for Android device programs.
  • Drive end-to-end validation across Product and Field Testing.
  • Manage test plans, execution status, defect tracking, and release readiness.
  • Analyze field issues and drive root cause analysis with engineering teams.
  • Support Qualcomm modem validation and carrier network performance testing.
  • Track quality metrics, coverage gaps, and program risks.
  • Communicate test progress and readiness to stakeholders.
