About The Position

JLL is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to deliver Corporate Real Estate (CRE) technology projects for clients. This role is part of the JLL Technologies Program and Project Management Team. The TPM will collaborate with clients' real estate technology teams globally to develop and deploy multiple projects, ensuring smooth processes, proactive risk and issue management, and on-time, in-budget delivery. The team specializes in delivering complex CRE technology projects, including change management, training, and technology adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Corporate Real Estate (CRE) technology projects for clients.
  • Work with clients’ real estate technology teams globally to develop and deploy multiple projects.
  • Manage project risks and issues proactively.
  • Ensure quality, on-time, and in-budget delivery of projects.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure requirements documentation meets their needs.
  • Perform high-quality project management with strong governance, thorough documentation, and efficient communication.
  • Maintain project scope and budget throughout delivery.
  • Drive financial forecasting metrics such as project forecast, burn down reports, estimated to completion, and weekly time card analysis.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and program/project risks.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete and provide key metrics for client leadership decision-making.
  • Facilitate meetings with regional end-users to understand adoption levels, pain points, and develop plans to improve user experience.
  • Support the development of continuous improvement mechanisms for tools.
  • Establish strong business relationships with key stakeholders, offering a consultative approach and sharing best practices and market trends.
