About The Position

CACI is looking for a Technical Project Manager to support our DoD customer to implement an Enterprise IT Service Management Tool and delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment. On this program, CACI will deliver capabilities and services to implement and operate an Enterprise ITSM solution. This position is hybrid, with on-site days in Chantilly, VA.

Requirements

  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience leading matrixed organizations to bring enterprise scale commercial solutions (e.g. ITaaS, SaaS, PaaS) to the DoD.
  • Ability to work independently with little direction and management oversight.
  • Ability to lead in a fast-moving environment to implement on time and on schedule.
  • Experience leading ServiceNow Development projects.
  • Experience delivering solutions according to the Agile methodology.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Scrum Master or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification
  • Experience using Microsoft Project to build detailed project schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direct activities of a cross-functional technical team for the delivery of large-scale software development products according to the Agile methodology.
  • Oversee projects from identification of requirements, analysis and design, development, end-user testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Establish strong partnerships with project sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Create and manage detailed project schedules to define and schedule all tasks and dependencies for successful project delivery.
  • Create and manage project artifacts and customer deliverables.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure adherence to the customer’s Systems Engineering Life Cycle through all project phases.
