Responsibilities

• Coordinating scoping and technical review activities for programs, following approval processes for lifecycle management
• Collaborating with lead engineers to create and track end-to-end project plans, ensuring project coherence
• Monitoring tasks and milestones with vendors and other parties for consistent project progression
• Generating and tracking change requests to adapt projects to evolving technical requirements
• Assisting in project scheduling decisions and facilitating necessary discussions for timely decision-making
• Reporting on project progress to product engineering and senior leadership, highlighting achievements and challenges
• Identifying critical path and risk areas, crafting risk response and mitigation strategies to safeguard project success
• Escalating issues to higher management to unblock challenges and maintain project momentum
• Collaborating with other project managers to ensure alignment and manage inter-project dependencies effectively
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
