Requirements

At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Java and JEE technologies for enterprise application development
At least 3 years of experience in a Technical Management or Team Lead role overseeing software engineering teams
Must have hands-on knowledge of full-stack Java development including Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and relational databases
Strong experience managing end-to-end software delivery lifecycles including design, development, testing, and deployment
Experience in Program Execution & Flow Management
Experience in Technical Platform & DevOps Ecosystem Knowledge
Experience in Stakeholder Alignment & Data-Driven Governance
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Nice To Haves

Domain experience in Finance and Mortgage industries is strongly preferred, including familiarity with loan origination systems, mortgage servicing platforms, underwriting workflows
Experience with vendor management, resource planning and project tracking tools such as Jira or Rally preferred
Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across globally distributed teams
Familiarity with architectural frameworks, compliance and governance standards (SOC2, ISO 27001), and design best practices for scalable enterprise systems
