This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations. HII designs, develops, integrates and manages the sensors, systems and other assets necessary to support integrated ISR operations and accelerated decision-making. With data fusion and mission management capabilities for the Department of Defense, the combatant commands and the intelligence community, HII advances the mission around the globe. The Senior Technical Project Manager supports a high‑visibility Air Force portfolio office responsible for strategic concept development, program oversight, and enterprise‑level project execution. In this role, the manager oversees technical and programmatic projects, ensuring alignment with mission objectives, federal requirements, and organizational priorities. Responsibilities include coordinating daily with senior government leaders; developing and managing acquisition documentation such as RFPs, SOWs, PWSs, J&As, FOEs, 7600As, and DD254s; and supporting both pre‑award and post‑award processes. Additional duties include reviewing technical deliverables, validating invoices, maintaining fiscal‑year performance dashboards, conducting spend‑plan tracking, and managing project data within enterprise systems such as the Strategic Management Tool (SMT). The role also requires preparing mission‑support briefings, conducting risk assessments, evaluating analytic documents, developing alternative courses of action, and supporting CONUS and OCONUS travel for Tiger Teams, capability assessments, and technical exchange meetings.
