Requirements

  • Bring proven, hard-earned experience managing the internal and external logistics of complex technology or ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems) projects.
  • Possess the uncanny ability to effectively prioritize, juggle, and flawlessly execute tasks even when the heat is on.
  • Set incredibly high expectations for results and lead by example when it comes to personal accountability and ownership.
  • Aren't afraid to experiment with creative methods, relying on deep root-cause analysis to unravel and solve the most difficult, complex problems.
  • Have a sponge-like brain for new technology, quickly grasping advanced concepts related to electrical systems, cloud computing, and networking.
  • Instinctively use customer insights and data to not just meet, but completely exceed, client expectations.
  • Consistently make decisions anchored in sound judgment, core ethics, and company values, always driving toward the absolute best outcomes for both the customer and the business.

Responsibilities

  • Take the reins on all project management activities, including master schedules, communication plans, contract management, risk mitigation, and CRM updates.
  • Conduct rigorous technical reviews of project designs and seamlessly coordinate all engineering and implementation efforts.
  • Lead engaging, regular status meetings to keep customers fully informed and confident in the project's trajectory.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure all stakeholder needs are met and projects are delivered perfectly on time.
  • Expertly vet, hire, and manage sub-contractors to guarantee top-tier execution of project work.
  • Control project scope with an iron grip, utilizing change management processes to protect and proactively increase financial margins.
  • Provide stellar, ongoing system support for customers even after the project has officially closed.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to skyrocket customer satisfaction and crush our On-Time Delivery (OTD) metrics.
  • Develop a deep, comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio and speak intelligently about our technology to customers.
  • Act as the vital bridge between the customer and our product development team, turning complex technical requirements into actionable, brilliant solutions.
  • Travel up to 5% across North America (with a sprinkle of potential international travel) to keep projects humming.
