About The Position

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Own end-to-end delivery of complex web platform initiatives across multiple workstreams and teams. Translate product roadmaps into executable project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resourcing forecasts. Meet business objectives by successfully designing, implementing, and guiding programs to completion. Drive quarterly PI Planning by cross-functional collaboration to establish the specific deliverables committed by the team in the upcoming quarter while noting critical risk and dependencies. Documenting all aspects of work and presenting progress to leadership and stakeholders. Proven ability to manage complex technology projects that include dependencies owned by senior leaders across the firm. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and share progress reports. Develop a program plan, including goals, scope, schedule, and resources. Align program objectives with the company's strategic goals and ensure consistency with organizational priorities. Establish project tasks and milestones. Assign responsibilities to team members. Monitor the progress of projects and make updates when necessary. Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and external partners to ensure they meet program objectives and deliverables. Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting program delivery and ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during projects. Identify areas for improvement in project management practices Engage with program/process owners, stakeholders and business partners as necessary to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress. Drive alignment and build trust with stakeholders. Facilitate and enhance the communication and process between IT and the business to establish software engineering priorities, work direction, and best practices; includes working with key stakeholders in the business, business analysts, and developers. Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities while maintaining strong business relationships. Effective balance member, business, and technical goals with available resources (this is really about resource allocation JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in related field required, or combination of equivalent work/education experience. A minimum of 10+ years of experience leading complex development and integration projects, strategy, Business Analysis or System analysis, preferably in the finance/asset management industry Excellent communication - both verbal and written - with technology and business partners to include strong discussion, debate and listening skills and the ability to look beyond obvious answers to understand impacts. Calm under pressure with competing priorities and hard deadlines Highly proactive problem-solver with strong escalation judgment Clear, confident communicator with both senior technical and business stakeholders Advanced experience working with Scaled Agile software development processes Demonstrated success leading and directing others to achieve measurable results. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field required, or combination of equivalent work/education experience.
A minimum of 10+ years of experience leading complex development and integration projects, strategy, Business Analysis or System analysis, preferably in the finance/asset management industry
