The Technical Project Manager I is an entry point to TEECOM’s external client-facing PM path, reporting to the Team Lead or to the most senior Technical Project Manager on the team. You are embedded in client engagements, coordinating technical implementation across real estate and IT environments. You are the client’s day-to-day point of contact for project execution, responsible for keeping delivery organized and communication clear. This role may support a single client portfolio or broader multi-region work, depending on project needs. You are expected to work effectively across teams, clients, and time zones when needed while maintaining clear communication and follow-through. You are expected to support technical implementation projects that span telecommunications infrastructure, structured cabling, audiovisual, security, acoustics, and wired and wireless networks. This includes helping coordinate multi-system integration efforts while maintaining organized delivery workflows and clear communication. You partner with Subtask PMs, Project Supervisors, Group Leads, Team Leads, and project delivery teams to align day-to-day execution with project goals. You help keep delivery on track by monitoring dependencies, documenting decisions, and escalating risks early. You serve as a dependable point of coordination for internal teams and client contacts.
