We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of a full range of Network and wireless deployments, and managed network environments. This position will support LCR projects such as wireless upgrades to client sites, as well as other infrastructure projects including PDF and UPS upgrades. You will help manage cross functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, networking, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Networking products, including deployment methodologies.
  • Experience managing complex network implementations.
  • Ability to evaluate and apply emerging technologies to optimize business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess project risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into business terms.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in high-pressure environments.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations, with the ability to drive clarity and structure.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
  • Must be located in the provinces of Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and technical teams.
  • Allocate engineering and technical resources efficiently, ensuring the right talent handles the right technical tasks.
  • Anticipate technical roadblocks, evaluate system dependencies, and proactively develop contingency plans to prevent delays.
