About The Position

abra’s Cloud Division is looking for a mid-level Technical Project Manager to lead cloud-related projects for internal teams and external customers. We are looking for a technically oriented project manager to lead cloud project delivery, drive alignment across teams, and ensure successful execution across AWS and Microsoft Azure environments. The role includes managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating between cloud architects, engineers, customers, and business stakeholders, tracking timelines and risks, leading meetings and follow-ups, and building clear project routines within the division. We are looking for a strong people person-someone who can build trust, engage teams, drive alignment, and move projects forward without direct authority.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in technical project management, delivery, infrastructure, cloud, IT operations, DevOps, professional services, or similar.
• Technical background or strong technical orientation.
• Experience working with engineers, architects, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication, ownership, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hebrew and English fluency.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in cloud migration, infrastructure, managed services, or professional services.
• Experience in a customer-facing technology environment.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master.
