About The Position

Join us and help define the future of secure access. Wavelynx is looking for a detail-oriented, Technical Project Manager to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be the glue that holds our electronics manufacturing projects together—moving them from the initial design phase through the production floor and out to the customer.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical discipline.
  • Experience: 3 + years of experience in manufacturing and/or engineering project management.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, or MS Project).
  • Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) / Product Development Process (PDP) deployment processes.
  • Communication: Clear, concise writing and the ability to speak confidently with both engineers and various business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, timeline, and budget with the team.
  • Monitor and report progress, accountability, and critical milestones.
  • Communicate task dependencies and ensure realistic estimates.
  • Facilitate project meetings and establish communication plans.
  • Adapt plans to changing business needs and resolve conflicts.
  • Collaborate with resource managers to allocate personnel to assigned projects.
  • Manage change orders and enforce process rigor.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
  • Communicate complex data excellently in oral and written forms.
  • Manage changing priorities in fast-paced environments.
