About The Position

You're a project manager who thrives on execution, follow-through, and operational discipline. You keep multiple technical projects moving forward simultaneously, ensuring engineers can focus on building while clients stay informed. You're proactive about spotting problems, tracking what matters, and comfortable asking for support when you hit complex decisions. You bridge stakeholders and the delivery team, capturing requirements, clarifying intent, and ensuring Product Owners have what they need to make informed decisions. In this role, you'll coordinate delivery across 4-6 concurrent projects: a large strategic client account, smaller consulting engagements, internal SaaS development, and new integration projects as they arise. You'll have direct mentorship from the Director of Operations and clear escalation paths when stakeholders push competing priorities. You will be responsible for project visibility, operational compliance, ceremony facilitation, and ensuring Product Owners and engineering teams have the information they need to ship on time.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the United States to be eligible for this position
  • 3+ years of technical project management experience in software development environments
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremony facilitation
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or similar)
  • Ability to understand technical discussions without needing to write code yourself
  • Excellent note-taking and ability to distill stakeholder conversations into actionable insights
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working directly with engineers, Product Owners, and clients
  • Self-starter who proactively identifies problems and seeks solutions
  • Eager to learn and develop judgment on complex delivery decisions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing client-facing technical projects
  • Exposure to regulated environments (healthcare, SOX compliance, enterprise governance)
  • Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Consulting or agency background
  • Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PSM) or PMP a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate delivery for multiple concurrent technical projects across consulting clients and internal products
  • Attend stakeholder and client meetings, take detailed notes, and surface business intent to Product Owners
  • Facilitate sprint reviews and retrospectives that drive actual improvement
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables with proactive follow-through
  • Support Product Owners in maintaining prioritized backlogs by ensuring they have the necessary context and stakeholder input
  • Identify blockers early and drive resolution, escalate complex decisions or stakeholder conflicts
  • Produce clear status reporting that shows real project health, not theater
  • Track metrics including sprint velocity, cycle time, and delivery predictability
  • Manage SOX compliance documentation, ARB/CAB ticket coordination, and help desk resolution tracking
  • Ensure development tasks have sufficient context before engineers start work
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and resource allocation
  • Protect engineering focus time by eliminating unnecessary meetings and workflow friction
  • Maintain project documentation and dashboards that leadership can use
  • Flag when priorities are unclear or competing, don't guess, ask
