Requirements

4+ years of project management experience balancing technical delivery with business, operational, or customer experience initiatives.
Hands-on expertise with Jira, Asana, and multi-team PI planning or agile frameworks.
Strong fluency communicating technical data flows to engineers as well as content and user journeys to business partners.
Pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset with proven skill in knowing when to apply formal agile ceremonies versus streamlined check-ins.
Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous or loosely defined business requests into clear, actionable project plans.

Nice To Haves

PMP certification.
Background in customer experience, operations, or marketing tech enablement.
Familiarity with enterprise SaaS environments or Trimble ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Lead a diverse project portfolio balanced between technical integration initiatives and operational customer experience campaigns.
Facilitate agile cadences, PI planning, dependency mapping, and clean board management across Jira and Asana.
Serve as the strategic bridge between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable scopes.
Optimize request pipelines, intake forms, and operational handoffs to streamline collaboration and reduce organizational friction.
Apply adaptable execution strategies by leveraging structured agile frameworks for technical deliverables and lean planning for operational projects.
