About The Position

Collier.Simon is an independent, full-service creative agency in the Los Angeles/Hollywood area. We work with our client partners to develop creative solutions that truly move the needle. Clients range from Fortune 500-type household names to up-and-comers across a variety of industries / verticals. We’re in the midst of a tech-powered transformation, using AI to supercharge creativity, not replace it, and we’re looking for curious minds excited to explore AI as a tool to scale, spark, and speed up creativity. The Innovation Hub is where bold ideas meet real-world impact. We prototype, build, and scale intelligent systems that automate repetitive work and create new efficiencies—combining cutting-edge tech with creative thinking to help teams work smarter, faster, and aim higher. We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive the development pipeline for new technology products and tools built by the Innovation Hub. This role is the connective tissue between creative vision, technical execution, and business reality. You’ll create roadmaps, coordinate cross-team work, and keep builds moving from prototype to rollout. If you’ve managed software or product development projects and can translate between creative, technical, and business teams without losing nuance, this is the role for you.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in product development, web development, or creative technology
  • Proven experience with software milestone planning, release management, and technical requirements writing
  • Strong ability to translate between creative, technical, and business stakeholders
  • Experience vetting and managing vendor relationships for technical tools and platforms
  • Familiarity with modern development workflows (agile, kanban, CI/CD concepts)
  • Excellent written communication—you can write a requirements doc, a project brief, and a status update with equal clarity
  • Self-functioning at a mid-to-senior level—you don’t need hand-holding to keep work on track
  • Must be available to work standard PST hours

Nice To Haves

  • Have worked in an agency or creative environment and understand the pace and culture
  • Have experience with AI/ML product development or tool deployment
  • Understand API integrations, cloud platforms, or no-code/low-code development
  • Have managed change management processes for internal tool adoption
  • Can read code well enough to evaluate technical feasibility and scope without being a developer

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development pipeline for new tech products and tools (internal platforms, GPTs, plugins, automations)
  • Create clear roadmaps and prioritize development work in collaboration with the Head of Creative Technology
  • Write technical requirements and scope documents that bridge creative intent and technical feasibility
  • Plan and track software milestones, releases, and rollouts
  • Vet vendors and third-party tools, making recommendations based on technical merit, cost, and fit
  • Coordinate cross-team QA, testing, and change management for new tool deployments
  • Keep stakeholders informed without drowning them—you know what to escalate and what to handle
  • Maintain project documentation, decision logs, and status tracking

Benefits

  • A collaborative, forward-thinking creative culture where craft, experimentation, and systems thinking are all valued
  • Fully remote work environment with PST-based hours
  • Full-time salary and benefits including healthcare, 401(k), generous PTO, and professional development support
  • Benefits including healthcare, 401K, vacation/PTO policy to be shared in greater detail during the interview process.
