About The Position

The Merchant Solutions - Digital Solutions team is building world-class products through the Commerce Hub platform. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be a confident, no-nonsense program leader who can drive outcomes—not just track them. Success requires someone who is collaborative and approachable, while also being direct, assertive, and unafraid to challenge when needed. Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive program management experience in large-scale environments
  • 8+ years of experience managing high-stakes, executive-level programs
  • 8+ years of experience working with global teams and stakeholders across multiple regions and cultures
  • 6+ years of experience with Microsoft and Atlassian toolsets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization
  • Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, cross-regional programs and deliver against scope, schedule, and budget
  • Drive clear, direct, outcome-oriented communication with stakeholders across regions and cultures
  • Own tough client conversations and communicate risks, trade-offs, and decisions with confidence
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making across global teams
  • Hold teams and stakeholders accountable – ensure follow-through and prevent slippage
  • Manage globally distributed resources across Agile and Waterfall environments
