About The Position

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise technology initiatives across the institution's applications ecosystem, including Student Information Systems (SIS) and related enterprise platforms. This position manages complex, cross-functional projects while also performing business analysis to evaluate and improve processes, system utilization, and service delivery. The role partners with functional stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure solutions are aligned with institutional goals and are implemented effectively, sustainably, and with measurable outcomes.
