About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and technically capable Project Manager to lead delivery for an ERP team supporting critical retail and e-commerce processes. This multifaceted, techno-functional role combines technical project management, Scrum facilitation, and domain-focused product coordination. The successful candidate will drive execution across procure-to-pay and order-to-cash workflows, coordinate integrations with Order Management System (OMS) and partner teams, represent the ERP team with business stakeholders, and hold delivery teams accountable for commitments, timelines, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of project management experience leading technology initiatives; six or more years preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in retail, apparel, e-commerce, or a closely related consumer business environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing ERP, OMS, or integrated enterprise application initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Agile or Scrum-based delivery teams and managing sprint execution.
  • Ability to understand both technical and functional considerations and communicate effectively with developers, technical leads, and business partners.
  • Proven ability to drive accountability, manage competing priorities, and deliver against demanding timelines.
  • Availability to work onsite in Beverly Hills five days per week.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting ERP and OMS integrations in a retail or apparel organization.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and related upstream and downstream business processes.
  • Experience operating in a combined technical project manager, Scrum Master, and product coordination capacity.
  • PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or comparable certification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery for ERP initiatives supporting procure-to-pay and order-to-cash business processes.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Establish delivery plans, milestones, priorities, dependencies, and timelines, and actively manage work through completion.
  • Hold development and technical teams accountable for commitments, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Identify risks, issues, blockers, and cross-team dependencies; drive timely escalation and resolution.
  • Partner with technical leads, developers, OMS teams, business stakeholders, and other functional groups to gather information and align requirements.
  • Translate business needs and problem statements into clear, actionable work for technical teams.
  • Represent the ERP team in cross-functional discussions and provide concise, accurate status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support coordination of integrations among ERP, OMS, e-commerce, procurement, finance, and related platforms.
  • Maintain disciplined project governance, documentation, communications, action items, and follow-through.
  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
