About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 6–10 years of experience in managing end-to-end technology projects across cloud, data, application development, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The candidate should possess a blend of technical understanding, delivery leadership, risk management, and client engagement capabilities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
6–10 years of overall IT experience with at least 3–5 years in project management.
Experience managing enterprise-scale application, cloud, data, or digital transformation projects.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through deployment and support.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans.
Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and status reports.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, architects, developers, QA teams, and support teams.
Conduct regular project governance meetings and steering committee reviews.
Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and clients.
Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including developers, analysts, architects, and testing teams.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and project reviews.
Drive collaboration and accountability across project teams.
Mentor junior team members and project coordinators.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and organizational processes.
Track and manage scope changes through formal change control processes.
Monitor project financials, resource utilization, and budget adherence.
Lead Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid project delivery models.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project delivery framework.
Manage release planning, deployment schedules, and production readiness activities.
Coordinate with DevOps and support teams for seamless project transitions.
