About The Position

Seers Digital is an Australian IT consulting firm delivering digital, automation and AI solutions for Federal and State Government agencies and major enterprise organisations across utilities, banking and financial services. We’re looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager – Salesforce to lead delivery on a large-scale Salesforce transformation program for a highly regarded Australian Federal Government organisation. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a complex, high-profile technology program, work alongside experienced technical and delivery professionals, and build your consulting career across some of Australia’s most interesting transformation programs. As Technical Project Manager, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary delivery team and work closely with senior client, business and technology stakeholders across the full delivery lifecycle. You’ll bring structure, transparency and momentum to a complex delivery environment — ensuring teams are aligned, risks are managed, dependencies are visible and outcomes are delivered. You’ll be involved from discovery and design through to build, integration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support. Beyond this engagement, you’ll have opportunities to work across Seers’ growing portfolio of Government and enterprise transformation programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in technical project management or complex technology delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Salesforce implementations or transformation programs.
  • Experience delivering complex, large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the software development and delivery lifecycle.
  • Sound technical understanding of systems integration, APIs, data migration, security, testing and release management.
  • Strong experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, risks and delivery commitments.
  • Confidence engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to bring structure, transparency and accountability to complex programs.
  • Be an Australian citizen.
  • Hold a current Australian Government Baseline security clearance or higher.

Nice To Haves

  • Australian Federal Government or Commonwealth delivery experience.
  • Experience delivering large-scale Salesforce transformations.
  • Experience working in highly regulated or complex enterprise environments.
  • Project Management, Agile, Scrum or relevant Salesforce certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage delivery plans, schedules, resource forecasts, estimates and budgets.
  • Lead delivery across discovery, design, build, integration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Coordinate Agile delivery across Product Owners, architects, developers, testers and client teams.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and change requests.
  • Lead project governance, reporting, milestone reviews and escalation processes.
  • Track delivery against agreed scope, quality, budget and schedule.
  • Coordinate Salesforce integration and deployment planning with existing enterprise systems.
  • Work closely with technical teams across data migration, APIs, integrations, security, testing and release management.
  • Manage senior stakeholders, suppliers and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
  • Act as the primary delivery contact and escalation point for the engagement.
  • Create clarity and accountability across complex delivery environments.

Benefits

  • Take on bigger challenges and progress into senior consulting, delivery and leadership opportunities.
  • Support continuous learning, professional development, technical training and relevant industry certifications.
  • Gain exposure to Federal and State Government agencies and major enterprise organisations across utilities, banking, financial services and other industries.
  • Contribute to complex, large-scale transformation programs rather than being limited to one client or one type of technology.
  • Work alongside experienced architects, technical leads, consultants, delivery leaders and senior client stakeholders.
  • Genuine ownership of your work and client outcomes, without unnecessary bureaucracy or micromanagement.
  • Encouragement to stretch yourself and grow.
  • Approachable and accessible leadership team.
  • Recognition for taking ownership, supporting teams and delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • Flexibility to manage responsibilities while being trusted to deliver.
  • Team lunches, dinners, events and celebrations.
