The Technical Project Manager & Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing customer implementation and onboarding projects from initiation through completion. This role bridges the gap between technical delivery and customer experience—ensuring new clients are successfully deployed, trained, and fully enabled to use our solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional communication skills, and can translate complex technical concepts into actionable project plans for customers and internal teams.
