About The Position

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead quoting and project management activities for new Wabtec partnership Marine programs within the CSSNA DBU. This position requires close cross-functional collaboration to develop accurate cost proposals and coordinate delivery schedules in support of program commitments. The role will plan, schedule, and lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining comprehensive documentation of project quotations, scope, and milestone status. Responsibilities span the full program lifecycle, including prototype development, installation, commissioning, transition to production release, and ongoing management of subsequent deliveries.

Requirements

Experience in quoting and project management for marine programs.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Skill in developing accurate cost proposals.
Proficiency in coordinating delivery schedules.
Experience in planning and leading project meetings.
Strong documentation skills for project quotations, scope, and milestone status.
Experience managing full program lifecycles (prototype development, installation, commissioning, production release, ongoing management).
