  • Drive vendors to resolution when repairs stall, quality slips, or service gaps appear.
  • Partner with engineering, supply chain, and data center ops for spare parts and repair readiness planning.
  • Lead the operational readiness plan for new server platforms, including high density GPU systems.
  • Own the program plan for infrastructure software, including provisioning, OS install, firmware, hardware validation, monitoring, repair workflows, decommissioning, and data sanitization.
  • Translate operational pain points into scoped projects with milestones and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate software engineers, production systems engineers, and platform teams.
  • Track progress, risk, and dependencies across the roadmap, run project reviews, and resolve priority conflicts.
  • Define metrics to prove the impact of work, such as automation coverage, ticket reduction, and deployment quality.
  • Drive documentation, release readiness, and handoff standards.
  • Help set the direction for AI-assisted tooling adoption into infrastructure operations.
  • Build and own the execution plan for data center decommissioning, server migration, new site delivery, and hardware reuse programs.
  • Coordinate engineering, operations, and vendor teams for physical work execution.
  • Structure the plan for server relocation, asset retirement, and data erasure workstreams across regions.
