About The Position

As a Technical Project Associate at Precoa, you will join the internal strategy team as a flexible, consultant-minded contributor. The role will initially prioritize technical work, including software lifecycles, configurations, and translating between developers and end users. You will also contribute to structural, operational, and cross-functional projects as priorities shift. This role is designed for individuals who thrive on variety, can quickly add value in unfamiliar territory, and are dedicated to doing good work across various business functions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
2+ years of experience in software administration, account/customer relations, technical project coordination, or a similar role bridging technical and non-technical audiences
Comfort with cross-functional software configuration, user setup, training, and coordinating a product or platform through its lifecycle — no coding required
Demonstrated ability to pivot between different types of projects (technical and non-technical) without losing momentum or quality
Strong communication skills with the ability to adjust tone and technical depth depending on the audience

Responsibilities

Flex across technical and non-technical priorities, moving between software-focused work and broader strategic or structural projects as business needs shift.
Own the project lifecycle when technical work is the priority, managing configurations, user setup, training, and rollout for new technologies, and translating technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
Jump into ambiguous or unfamiliar projects without hesitation, figuring out how to add value quickly.
Bring a consultant's mindset to every project, approaching initiatives with curiosity and objectivity.
Build trust through follow-through and communication, providing regular updates, flagging risks early, and keeping documentation clean and accessible.
