About The Position

STV is seeking an organized and outgoing Technical Project Assistant – Aviation to assist one of our Aviation clients in Chicago, IL. This position will be fully on site at our client site in Chicago.

Requirements

8 years+ experience working as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager in a busy office atmosphere
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft ® Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Self-motivated decision maker and problem solver
Strong planning, organizational and communication skills
Client-focused and a strong work ethic
Must be able to pass a federal background check

Responsibilities

Office Operations & Facilities: Reset conference rooms after meetings (chairs, technology, supplies)
Oversee booking, scheduling, and on-site support for ORD Next team
Oversee on-site support for large conference rooms, including troubleshooting conflicts
Manage space planning and seating assignments, including moves or reconfigurations to support team growth
Technical Assistance: Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and standards.
Report to and coordinate with the ORD Next team
Coordinate Program Management Team (PMT) ORD leadership schedules
Schedule and facilitate meetings, including ordering meals when necessary
Serve as the internal communications hub for ORD Next updates, reminders, and scheduling information
