About The Position

Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.

Requirements

10+ years of experience with leading multi-functional technical teams to maximize engineering output and efficiency
Experience with Hanscom AFB acquisition
Experience in operating within AF PEO Digital, C3I&N, or NC3 using Defense Acquisition Life Cycle
Experience with acquiring DoD Command, Control, Communications, Cyber, and Information (C4I) defense systems
Knowledge of establishing and documenting repeatable programmatic and technical processes to achieve scale
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Knowledge of the agile software development life cycle
Master’s degree
PMP Certification
