• Specialist Exp: 6 years in IT
• 3 years in Program Mgmt.
• Expert in Proj Mgr
• Bachelor's Degree

Nice To Haves

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or SAFe certification.
• SAP Activate or SAP certification in a relevant module.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, JIRA Align, JIRA Service Management, or other Atlassian suite tools (Confluence).
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with ITSM/change management tools (ServiceNow) alongside JIRA.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for clean, well-organized JIRA boards and traceable project artifacts.
• Data-driven decision-maker who leverages JIRA reporting to communicate status objectively.
• Strong servant-leadership mindset with the ability to motivate cross-functional, matrixed teams.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving enterprise environments.
