About The Position

The Technical Infrastructure Program Manager III (TIPM III) within Data Center Infrastructure Engineering (DCIE) owns the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, cross-functional infrastructure programs across Client Fulfillment and Logistics operations worldwide. The role combines tactical program execution with strategic planning, including defining the program mission, multi-year roadmaps, and business and technology selections that shape DCIE's infrastructure direction within a VP organization. The TIPM III collaborates with engineering, operations, vendors, finance, field IT, and security teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and cost-effective infrastructure. The role owns program health metrics and executive reporting, including CARs, MBRs, QBRs, and OP1/OP2 narratives, to provide visibility into program impact, risk, and investment justification. The position requires entering undefined spaces, creating deployment strategies and structure, building consensus, negotiating resources and priorities across teams, and driving decisions to deadlines. It also includes mentoring peers and improving the team's program practices.
