About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead strategic digital transformation initiatives across engineering and product development teams. In this role, you will drive cross-functional programs that improve engineering processes, accelerate technology adoption, and enable teams to deliver innovative products more effectively. Working closely with engineering, IT, product, and business leaders, you'll help shape the future of how we develop products and scale engineering excellence!

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Experience leading technical programs, engineering initiatives, or digital transformation efforts.
Proven success managing cross-functional projects involving engineering, IT, and business teams.
Strong program management skills, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Experience driving process improvements, technology adoption, automation, or operational excellence initiatives.
Ability to influence and build partnerships across multiple organizations.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

PMP, Agile, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification.
Experience with PLM, MBSE, digital engineering, AI-enabled solutions, data analytics, or automation technologies.
Experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, product development, or engineering-focused environments.
Familiarity with systems engineering principles and modern software development practices.

Responsibilities
