Your role As a Technical Program Manager will run complex modernization/transformation programs to Cloud, owning the scoping, planning, and execution of features and processes end to end. This role is highly visible across business units where you will be partnering with and influencing the direction of multiple engineering teams within and outside of your business line. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints and not be hindered by ambiguity or multiple priorities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management spanning across cross functional teams, with at least 4+ years on Cloud transformation.
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional technical programs from concept through delivery.
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Experience using analytics to translate business issues into investigative solutions, develop Key Performance Indicators and metrics(e.g., cost savings, quality of decision-making, improved efficiency and velocity)
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, cloud technologies, and/or hardware integration.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, timelines, and deliverables
  • Proficient in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other modern delivery frameworks.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project).
