About The Position

Beast Industries is undertaking an AI-first engineering rebuild for a company with an existing audience of over 100 million people. This is a new build without legacy constraints, involving multiple parallel workstreams and a strict launch deadline. The role requires ensuring seamless execution across internal engineering teams, external development partners, and a product that will be used by millions upon launch. The Technical Program Manager will be the execution backbone of the Beast membership app, coordinating internal engineering teams, game development partners, and multiple vendors. The goal is to ensure tight alignment across all workstreams, clean handoffs, and proactive risk resolution to prevent launch delays. This role involves managing a complex program with multiple vendors and teams where alignment gaps and handoff failures pose a direct threat to the launch timeline. It requires meticulous tracking of integration milestones, structured check-ins, and proactive escalation for any delays. The role demands someone who can bring rigor to a fast-moving engineering organization without hindering velocity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of TPM or program management experience in a technical environment.
  • At least 2 years managing programs involving external vendors or development partners.
  • Execution-Obsessed: You run tight programs and prioritize moving things forward.
  • Multi-Vendor Experience: You know how to hold vendors accountable without damaging relationships.
  • Technical Depth: Comfortable understanding engineering dependencies, integration risks, and technical handoff requirements.
  • Clear Communicator: Capable of running leadership syncs, writing escalation memos, and communicating risks to executives.
  • Startup Ready: Thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and builds processes that enable velocity.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in consumer app development.
  • Experience in media or entertainment technology.
  • Experience managing game SDK or mobile framework integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the program plan end to end across internal teams and external partners, covering milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
  • Drive structured weekly check-ins with all key leads, ensuring alignment on integration milestones and surfacing issues early enough to course correct.
  • Enforce handoff standards so nothing ships without the receiving team being fully ready, including documentation, onboarding sessions, and acceptance criteria locked before any handoff closes.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between engineering, product, and vendor partners, translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders and escalating to exec leadership when needed.
  • Build and maintain a "can't fail" execution culture by proactively identifying risks, owning follow-through, and holding teams accountable without micromanaging.
