Your role Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of global Smart Operations and Digital Ordering solutions across multiple international markets. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end software delivery, including planning, integration, testing, deployment, market readiness, and production support for digital platforms across web, mobile, kiosk, POS, and in-store operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading large-scale technology programs, enterprise integrations, Agile delivery, and multi-country rollouts. They will partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Deployment, and Business teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of digital solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Technical Program Management or Delivery Leadership
- Agile/Scrum and SDLC expertise
- Global software delivery and deployment management
- Enterprise integrations (APIs, Middleware, Payments, POS)
- Data migration, release management, and cutover planning
- Stakeholder and executive leadership communication
Nice To Haves
- Experience in QSR, Retail, Hospitality, eCommerce, or Franchise Operations preferred
Responsibilities
