About The Position

Sapphire Technologies is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex product-development and customer-application programs for natural-gas and data-center infrastructure. This role will also manage customer technical questions and ensure that analyses, specifications, drawings, test reports, and other deliverables are completed accurately and on time. This position leads through influence rather than direct authority and is accountable for program schedule, scope, cost, risk, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Experience managing customer technical requirements, questions, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Working knowledge of electromechanical product development, manufacturing, procurement, validation, certification, and production launch.
  • Ability to interpret technical requirements, drawings, analyses, test data, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to influence technical teams and drive accountability without direct supervisory authority.
