About The Position

Leads and drives strategic, data-driven programs across Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Cloud Data platforms, partnering with VP+ leaders to align delivery with business objectives and accelerate measurable outcomes. Owns end-to-end execution of complex initiatives, facilitates high-impact Agile ceremonies, and coaches teams on Scrum, Scaled Agile, and Kanban best practices to foster transparency, urgency, and accountability. Proactively identifies and mitigates risks, resolves dependencies and blockers, and maintains detailed project artifacts to keep teams on track against critical milestones. Communicates effectively at all levels, translating business needs into technical requirements and technical progress into clear, outcome-focused updates, demos, and value propositions tailored to engineering, data, product, and executive audiences. Collaborates with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to build shared understanding and frictionless execution, leveraging expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Databricks) and advanced proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets, Monday.com, Asana, and MS Project. Requires 8+ years of technical program management experience leading data and analytics initiatives, PMP certification (CSM/SAFe preferred), and a demonstrated track record of driving clarity and engagement across matrixed, cross-functional organizations. This is a Hybrid position. You will be required to be on-site on an as-needed basis. When you are not working on-site, you will be working from your home office. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to one of our hub locations and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

Requirements

• Agile Leadership, expert in Scrum, Scaled Agile and Kanban with a keen attention to detail.
• Strategic Thinking and Adaptability, ability to connect delivery to organizational goals, influence stakeholders and pivot with business needs.
• Executive Communication, skilled in translating business needs and problems into technical requirements and technical progress into measurable business outcomes and value propositions.
• Data Expertise, strong background in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Databricks).
• Tools Mastery, Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence; experience with Smartsheets, Monday.com, Asana, MS Project.
• Certifications, PMP required; Certified Scrum Master, SAFe preferred.
• 8+ years in technical program management with track record of leading data and analytics initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in driving clarity, urgency and engagement across a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive strategic programs in partnership with VP+ leaders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and accelerating measurable business outcomes.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex data-driven initiatives across Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Cloud Data platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, engineers, and other partners to ensure understanding and successful program execution.
• Facilitate high-impact Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) with a focus on clarity, urgency, and accountability.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently at all levels. Must have ability to bridge between technical and business requirements. Deliver timely and concise status updates, effective demos that are tailored to the audience and are outcome-focused.
• Maintain detailed project artifacts, resolve dependencies, and support team members in achieving critical milestones.
• Proactively identifies, resolves and monitor risks, issues and blockers, managing dependencies and maintains momentum against critical milestones.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, continuous improvement and real-time updates.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Data Science teams to build a shared understanding and a successful and frictionless execution.
