Technical Program manager - Senior Project Manager

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management spanning across cross functional teams, with at least 4+ years on Cloud transformation.
- Experience leading large, cross-functional technical programs from concept through delivery.
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience using analytics to translate business issues into investigative solutions, develop Key Performance Indicators and metrics(e.g., cost savings, quality of decision-making, improved efficiency and velocity)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, cloud technologies, and/or hardware integration.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Proficient in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other modern delivery frameworks.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project).
Responsibilities
- Run complex modernization/transformation programs to Cloud, owning the scoping, planning, and execution of features and processes end to end.
- Partnering with and influencing the direction of multiple engineering teams within and outside of your business line.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints and not be hindered by ambiguity or multiple priorities.
