  • Technical proficiency (experience with: SQL, data pipelines, performance monitoring tools)
  • Experience with Media/Marketing fields (media metrics, marketing analytics)

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day projects planning and management activities through team standups, project management tooling, project meetings, and eliminate/mitigate risks and blockers.
  • Initiate, schedule and conduct program & project meetings and follow-ups with engineers, decision science, business engineers, business analysts, and product managers.
  • Ensure team is working on correct priorities, Resolving/mitigating roadblocks/project delivery risks, timelines maintained/transparently communicated.
  • Create all current projects, ensure all info is complete, updated after stand-ups, projects have tasks broken out, dependencies are logged.
  • Roadmaps reviewed monthly, Projects are in roadmap/removed/reprioritized if needed, Exec level visuals maintained.
  • Ensure agendas submitted, capture notes, capture action items, create/update sprints, Facilitate retros.
  • Support team in management of creating/executing development roadmaps that may have dependencies with external teams, and have varying timelines/stakeholders.
  • Support development in translating roadmaps into tasks within a project management tool like Jira and maintaining those task owners, status, timeline.
  • Document and share development progress updates to leadership.
  • Lead stand-ups and workstreams (full ownership), accountability and follow-through with development teams, Outcomes based focus.
