About The Position

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who thrives at the intersection of customer success, engineering, product, and delivery. This role is built around close collaboration with US-based enterprise utility customers, delivering measurable outcomes through complex platform implementations. This is not a role where you simply track timelines or coordinate meetings. You are the person who turns complexity into a clear, executable plan and delivers it. You will own the successful implementation of Bidgely's platform for utilities across the United States, guiding customers from onboarding through launch while working directly with engineering teams on integrations, architecture, and delivery.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years managing software implementation or integration programs at a technology company
  • Experience delivering complex enterprise implementations for high-touch customers
  • Proven experience serving as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers
  • Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams and offshore engineering resources
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Strong experience designing and delivering cloud-based B2B implementations
  • Ability to manage project plans, risks, and deliverables using tools such as Jira, Smartsheets, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Customer-first mindset and strong relationship-building skills
  • Based anywhere in the US
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25%

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working at a SaaS startup or high-growth technology company
  • Experience implementing SaaS platforms for enterprise customers
  • Background in systems integration consulting
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, REST APIs, or data transformation technologies
  • Experience in the energy, utilities, or energy efficiency sector
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery and technical implementation of Bidgely's platform for enterprise utility customers across the US.
  • Lead customer implementations end-to-end, owning enterprise deployments from onboarding through launch, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver measurable customer value.
  • Translate customer needs into technical solutions by working directly with customer engineering teams to design integrations, define data flows, and implement scalable solutions using Bidgely's platform.
  • Drive alignment across teams by coordinating closely with product, engineering, delivery, and sales teams to move projects forward and resolve challenges quickly.
  • Turn complexity into clarity for customers by serving as the primary point of contact during implementation, helping customers understand the platform and confidently move through deployment.
  • Identify opportunities beyond launch by ensuring customers achieve their goals post-deployment and helping uncover opportunities for deeper platform adoption.
  • Own the successful delivery of enterprise customer implementations from onboarding through launch.
  • Serve as the primary customer-facing lead during implementation.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate project meetings, engineering standups, and stakeholder updates.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Delivery, Sales, and Support teams.
  • Contribute to contract reviews and change orders when implementation scope evolves.
  • Represent the onboarding team in customer presentations and sales engagements as needed.
  • Lead solution design and implementation for enterprise utility customers.
  • Work directly with customer engineering teams on data integrations, APIs, and system architecture.
  • Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
