Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager delivering complex, multi-team engineering initiatives within fintech, payments, blockchain, or related domains.
  • Strong technical background working with distributed systems, infrastructure engineering, or protocol-level platforms.
  • Demonstrated success managing programs involving external technical partners or service providers.
  • Solid expertise in dependency management, risk mitigation, delivery planning, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proficiency with modern program management methodologies and tools, paired with strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments with changing technical and business priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with payment processing systems
  • Familiarity with Ethereum-based technologies or blockchain platforms
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end execution of complex technical programs, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, scope, and quality expectations.
  • Plan, manage, and coordinate initiatives involving fintech systems, payment processing platforms, infrastructure engineering, and third-party integrations.
  • Align dependencies across multiple engineering teams to minimize delivery risk and maintain execution predictability.
  • Partner closely with engineering, product, and infrastructure stakeholders to align technical execution with strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate integration efforts with external service providers, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and sequencing.
  • Build and maintain detailed program plans, milestones, reporting, and documentation using established TPM frameworks and tools.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to support smooth execution and successful launches.
