Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or advertising.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEA, lead generation, campaign management, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Figma; familiarity with Zapier is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Pragmatic mindset with the ability to execute strategically and creatively.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital growth campaigns, including SEO, SEA, paid ads, and email automation.
- Manage landing pages, CTAs, and social media initiatives to drive leads and engagement.
- Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Design teams to align messaging and ensure cohesive brand representation.
- Identify bottlenecks, resolve performance issues, and make pragmatic decisions to meet growth goals.
- Maintain high standards in campaign assets, reporting, and overall execution quality.
