About The Position

You will have the autonomy to identify talent gaps, streamline processes, and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Talent Manager, Creative Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Proven success in identifying and hiring top creative talent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident on candidate calls.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience working closely with creative teams.
  • Ability to assess soft skills, cultural fit, and creative potential.
  • Familiarity with creative portfolios, reels, and case studies.
  • Knowledge of sourcing platforms such as Casting Networks, Billo, Fiverr, and Upwork.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in UGC or DTC brand campaigns.
  • Familiarity with freelance or project-based creative hiring.
  • Established connections within creative, advertising, or content creation networks.

Responsibilities

  • Source, shortlist, and onboard A-level creative talent including editors, designers, strategists, and UGC creators.
  • Conduct screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and communication capabilities.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future project needs.
  • Collaborate with creative leadership to identify hiring priorities and talent gaps.
  • Brief and align talent on project deliverables, creative goals, and brand expectations.
  • Manage and optimize the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from outreach to onboarding.
  • Perform QC and QA on submitted content to ensure it meets campaign objectives, creative standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Track and organize talent pools using spreadsheets and sourcing platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and maintain a professional candidate experience.
