$75 - $85Remote

About The Position

We are looking for a Contract Technical Program Manager to join our Product & Project Management Operations team (PPMO) and serve as the connective tissue between client needs and delivery execution. You will support SaaS and platform-based engagements across tools like Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Experience leading delivery in a consultancy or agency context.
  • Project Management fluency.
  • A background that spans both PM and PO.
  • Platform and SaaS delivery experience.
  • Web and software experience.
  • Must be based in and authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the contractor phase.

Nice To Haves

  • You understand what it means to lead multiple client engagements concurrently, scope billable work, manage client expectations, support roadmap expansion, and protect margin.
  • You communicate clearly and consistently, fostering organization, transparency and trust internally and with clients.
  • You can provide leadership and direction to project teams, balancing resource availability, positive team culture, deadlines, client priorities, and margins.
  • You are not locked into one methodology.
  • You run projects, manage backlogs, and write requirements.
  • You adapt the approach to the work, not the other way around, and take full ownership of your clients projects.
  • You have led or supported website builds, migrations and feature development, as well as implementations on platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, or comparable enterprise SaaS environments.
  • You do not need to be a technical expert, but you need to speak the language and understand how these engagements are structured.
  • You can translate business and technical requirements into detailed functional specifications and well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and trade-off decisions to balance scope, timeline, and budget.

Responsibilities

  • Support critical migration and development projects on active client engagements.
  • Lead project teams to meet client expectations while managing budget and timeline.
  • Work alongside engineering leads, business operations strategy, and client partners to align on delivery approach, flag risks early, and drive resolution on personnel and process issues that cross team lines.
  • Support discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to define requirements, write assumptions to protect the scope, translate needs into actionable scopes of work, and develop SOWs that protect both client outcomes and margin.

Benefits

  • You will be responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and benefits during this phase, and will invoice SH/FT on an agreed schedule.
