About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Program Manager to lead and manage multiple projects and strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, governance, and successful delivery of programs aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management activities from initiation through closure.
- Define program scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects within the program portfolio.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and senior leadership.
- Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Drive program governance, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and utilization tracking.
