  • Serve as a program-level coordination point across partner engineering and DC operations teams.
  • Facilitate collaboration across hardware, software, infrastructure, and operations teams to align on priorities, deliverables, and schedules.
  • Run recurring syncs, maintain dependency and risk registers, and drive cross-team decisions to closure.
  • Translate technical status into leadership-consumable reporting on an agreed cadence.
  • Track testbed readiness status and dependencies; coordinate with the testbed team on NPI schedules and entry/exit criteria.
  • Drive functional alignment with testbed various engineering teams to ensure HW/SW readiness, test execution, and bug resolution prior to rollout.
  • Align NPI build, validation, and qualification milestones against fleet deployment dates.
  • Identify NPI driven schedule risk.
  • Lead end-to-end SW deployment workflows for new site activations, with specialized execution around customized cluster turnup.
  • Design, build, and maintain observability dashboards to track cluster health, turnup milestone progress, and operational metrics.
